Alan T. Ennis has served as President and CEO of Glansaol since October 2015.

Alan has over a decade of experience in the beauty & personal care sector having served as President and CEO for five years at Revlon, Inc., a $1.5 billion global beauty & personal care public company with a portfolio of iconic brands across segments, geographies, and channels.

Alan led Revlon through a successful turnaround in a challenging, recessionary environment, delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, positive free cash flow, and executing bolt-on acquisitions.

Alan has a proven track record of delivering superior results in dynamic, highly competitive markets by establishing clear objectives, making timely and financially sound decisions, building highly capable teams with complementary skill sets, driving innovation, and ensuring a focus on accountability, collaboration, communication and execution.

Alan serves on the Board of Directors of three organizations: (1) University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School; (2) Children’s Medical Research Foundation, Inc. (Children’s Hospital in Ireland); and (3) Nutrabolt, a rapidly growing developer and marketer of innovative sports nutrition products.

​Alan has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin, Ireland; and has a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Martine Williamson

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Martine Williamson joined Glansaol in November 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Martine comes with over 20 years of experience in the Beauty and Fashion sector with expertise in Global Consumer Marketing, Brand Management, and Digital Content Creation. As CMO of Glansaol, Martine oversees all marketing efforts across Brands, including marketing development, consumer engagement, product development & all Media and Advertising.

Prior to Glansaol, Martine spent over 15 years at Revlon Inc., where she was most recently Senior Vice President of Global Marketing responsible for the $1B Revlon portfolio worldwide. She was responsible for all aspects of the consumer experience including Strategy, Communication, Product Development and Digital across all of Revlon’s product lines globally. Martine led the Brand through a successful turnaround and left delivering both Net sales and profit and building the Brand back to relevancy with strong market share growth.

Prior to Revlon, Martine spent a number of years at Calvin Klein focused on Women’s Collection and Ready-to-wear, as well as the highly productive, prestige fragrance business, where she was responsible for the development and delivery of consistent Brand messaging and advertising at Retail.

Martine holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of Oswego in New York.
